FREE SHIPPING

The A. W. Reed shipping policy is simple -- we will ship free (standard ground) to anywhere in the lower 48 States. As a customer, you do not have to check to determine if your purchase meets certain guidelines such as a total dollar value or whether the shipping box is a certain size or weight. Further, free shipping is not for "special promotions" or for the holidays. The policy is 24/7.

Our basic philosophy is to create value and free shipping is one way to accomplish this task. Another way is to combine free shipping with a low retail price so your "total cost" from A. W. Reed is exceptional even when compared to set prices from Internet auction sellers.

Expedited Shipping: .For shipping charges other than our free ground shipping to the lower 48 states, go to your shopping cart page. In addition, most expedited shipments will require physical (street) address and phone number.

Free Shipping and Air: Free shipping will also not apply to air shipments

Order Tracking: The status of your order can be checked 24 hours after your order has been placed. Simply click the "My Account" link found at the top of each page. From there, you will be able to view information about your order. In addition, if you provided us your email address, we will send you your tracking number with the carrier used, either United Parcel Service (ups.com) or the U. S. Postal Service (usps.com). You can also enter the Order Tracking program by tapping on "Order Tracking on the Home Page.

Sales Tax: Sales Tax will be charged to shipments to addresses within the state of Kentucky.

International Orders: We cannot ship international orders to PO Boxes. For international orders, we need a phone number, fax number and/or email address for ALL shipments. Please call or email Customer Service for more accurate shipping information and costs. We will contact you with correct shipping costs before we ship and charge your credit card. International customers are responsible for any custom duties or taxes when the package arrives.

The A. W. Reed Guarantee Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Today, every business talks about service but, unfortunately, the reality is just the opposite. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, product quality or, simply the way you were treated, contact the owners directly at baronsball2@yahoo.com or call them at 1-800- (Columbia, KY).

What We Accept: When your order arrives, please examine item(s) carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied, then you have the option of an exchange, credit or refund (except for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.) We accept items which have been purchased from us and are not altered, worn or have undergone any form of cleaning process. We do not accept blankets/pads which have been custom-made (woven) and/or have custom corner plates or wear leathers. However, a blanket or pad with a manufacturing defect whether custom or off the shelf is another matter and we will accept the return and pay for the cost of shipping the defective product to us. Likewise, if you request a replacement of this item, shipping will be free. This same policy applies to our mistakes in filling your order. In both instances, defects or mistakes, we will send you a shipping label so you do not have any out-of-pocket expenses. Please notify us about defects or mistakes no later than 72 hours after receiving your order.

Shipping cost for returns that do not involve a manufacturing defect or mistake will be the responsibility of the customer. We, also, do not accept any packages sent to us "C.O.D."

All exchanges will be sent to our customers using ground shipping, free of charge. Expedited shipping of exchanges will result in extra shipping charges for the customer.

Please allow a minimum of 7-10 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Adjustments to your credit card account should take no longer than two statements.

Shipping to Us

To begin the process of a return/exchange, you must first obtain a "Return Authorization” (RA). Simply call us (q-800- ) or fax us (1-270-384-9569 or email us (baronsball2@yahoo.com) or contact us by mail at the address below. Next complete the Returns and Exchanges Form which will be emailed or if necessary posted/faxed to you. Complete the form and put one copy in the shipping container and keep a copy for yourself. Again, if the item is a defect or was not the item ordered, contact us before shipping so we can send you (by email, fax or post) a shipping label.

Please send returns and exchanges to us using United Parcel Service (UPS) or the U. S. Postal Service (USPS). All returns and exchanges, regardless of the manufacturer, should be sent to:
